In this Mind Map Discussion, we will explore a proven process for building empowering habits and uninstalling outdated negative habits.  We will discover how to take control of our habitual behavior patterns to begin making changes and become the person you've always wanted to be.

Mind mapping uses words and images to represent information. Tony Buzan created a system for mind-mapping and gave it its name. From his book: “The Mind Map® is an expression of Radiant Thinking and is therefore a natural function of the human mind. It is a powerful graphic technique which provides a universal key to unlocking the potential of the brain. The Mind Map can be applied to every aspect of life where improved learning and clearer thinking will enhance human performance.
