Let's Talk About Our Self Care Habits

Setting aside time to care for our mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual needs properly is not selfish. On the contrary, creating time for proper self-care is a selfless act. In order to be our best selves and able to serve ourselves and others well, we need to take care our needs first.  During this presentation, we'll discuss what works for us and get tips and suggestions from each other.  Join our conversation, led by Anissa Umugwanera, and leave with additional ways to care for you.

Our Presenter:

Coaches Coach Anisa Umugwanera is a Coaches Coach.  She is also a local REALTOR® , President’s Volunteer Award recipient, and most importantly, a UB wellness specialist who helps clients embark on a fresh start to build the best version of themselves. Anisa is passionate about improving mental health and wellness within our community. Mental wellness is not only an important aspect at every stage of life; it is deemed ESSENTIAL for our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Increasing awareness, ending the stigma, education, promoting civic engagement, volunteerism, organizational involvement, and advocacy are some ways we can stop to help and get to know our neighbors.
