Using the power of guided meditation, body movements and "brain gym", we will teach you how to release stress, clear your thoughts, balance your chakras, get in touch with your energetic core and strengthen your intuition. We will help you learn:

  • Slow body movements of meditation involving standing and sitting 
  • Guided meditation in stillness

    Meet our Presenter:

Kohava Howard is a women’s empowerment advocate, mother, spiritual teacher, facilitator, master healer and mentor advisor. She is also the founder of Emerging Vibrant Woman and Thriving Holistic Visionaries. As a Jungian life coach, women’s leadership coach and holistic practitioner, Kohava helps holistic lightworkers and highly sensitive coaches who long to thrive, master their leadership mindset, create a clear vision, be strategic, and have the freedom to show up authentically to light up the world. Kohava created unique coaching pathways that integrate many powerful modalities to achieve success in life and business. You will be taken through a journey to the “self”, unfolding your inner world and unlocking your unique hero quest.
