Mind Map - Living Mindfully

Mind Map - Living Mindfully
Thursday, May 5, 2022 (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM) (EDT)
Description
When people think of mindfulness, they immediately assume that it’s about living in the moment. Even though that is true, there is actually a lot more to mindfulness than just living in the moment. Mindfulness is a mindset of self-growth and development that, when implemented and practiced regularly, helps you make more effective choices throughout the day.
This mind map breaks down what it means to live mindfully, highlights the value it brings to our lives, and outlines a series of exercises you can practice for improving your mindfulness and living life with purpose!
Is this discussion for you? Yes, if...
- You would like to live with more purposeful intention.
- You would like to develop a calmer and more focused mind.
- You would like to improve your observation skills.
“Mindfulness, also called wise attention, helps us see what we’re adding to our experiences.” — Sharon Salzberg
Using a mind map as a guide for unlocking information, our discussions provide fluid and fun, yet detailed and informative insights into who you are and why we think and behave the way we do.
Mind mapping uses words and images to represent information. Tony Buzan created a system for mind-mapping and gave it its name. From his book: “The Mind Map® is an expression of Radiant Thinking and is therefore a natural function of the human mind. It is a powerful graphic technique that provides a universal key to unlocking the potential of the brain. The Mind Map can be applied to every aspect of life where improved learning and clearer thinking will enhance human performance.
