Review the symbolic meaning of inwter and the opportunities available for self-care and mindfulness in the winter season.

In this session, featuring Maura Coyne Lipinski, you will learn:

  2. The effect of nature's cycles on the mind, body, and spirit
  3. Tools to balance our personal engagement with winter 

About Our Presenter:  Maura Coyne Lipinksi, LISW, is a practicing behavioral health therapist and works as the Clinical Director of Mindfulness Counseling, LLC.  She specializes in hypnotherapy, meditation, equine therapy, and all forms of nature therapy.  Maura believes in the healing aspects of nature and animals in our human journey.  She enjoys writing poetry and essays and has published a collection of poetry entitled, Soul Archaeologist.
